1、從文章的篇幅來看,六級(jí)快速閱讀長度為1300-1400字,而四級(jí)只有1000-1200字,文章的信息量加大,這就對(duì)閱讀的速度和快速查找信息的能力提出了更高的要求;
2、從命題的形式來看,新六級(jí)快速閱讀明顯加大了主觀性題目的考查。在四級(jí)快速閱讀中,判斷題Y/N/NG或者選擇題有7道,補(bǔ)全信息的填空題有3道,而在六級(jí)考試中,判斷題或選擇題只有4道,填空題卻多達(dá)6道,很顯然六級(jí)考試更能反映一個(gè)學(xué)生快速閱讀的真實(shí)能力;

Step 1: Willingness to do something different.

Step 1: Willingness to do something different.
Breaking the cycle of doing what you have always done is one of the most difficult tasks for job seekers. Many find it difficult to steer away from a career path or make a change, even if it doesn’t feel right.
4. Many people find it difficult to make up their minds whether to change their career path.
In fact, one in four workers is dissatisfied with their current job, according to the recent “Plans for 2004”survey.
1. According to the recent “Plans for 2004”survey, most people are unhappy with their current jobs.
Lance Bass of N Sync was supposed to be the third to make the $20 million trip, but he did not join the three-man crew as they blasted off on October 30, 2002, due to lack of payment.
1. Lance Bass wasn’t able to go on a tour of space because of health problems.
The Most Expensive Vacation
… Each spacecraft requires millions of pounds of fuel to take off into space, which makes them expensive to launch. One pound of payload ( 有效載重 ) costs about $10,000 to put into Earth’s orbit.
8. What makes going to space the most expensive vacation is the enormous cost involved in _____.
【解析】 the fuel of spacecraft。本題的定位信息是最高級(jí) the most expensive vacation,通過它很容易將題目出處鎖定在小標(biāo)題 the most Expensive Vacation,進(jìn)一步尋讀發(fā)現(xiàn)答案出自該標(biāo)題下第一段結(jié)尾處。
