“僵尸車(chē)”,顧名思義是指一部分長(zhǎng)期停在路邊、小區(qū)、停車(chē)場(chǎng),無(wú)人問(wèn)津,無(wú)人使用的機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)輛。目前,“僵尸車(chē)”已成為了一種新型的城市垃圾,不僅占據(jù)公共道路資源,影響城市形象,而且影響市民的正常生活,成為市民投訴的熱點(diǎn)之一。
